By accessing and using our website (available at brula.xyz) and our services for generating advertisement copy using Artificial Intelligence, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Use of the Service

Brula provides you with access to AI-powered tools to create ad copies, creatives, and commercial descriptions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and purchase credits on the platform.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with current local and international laws.
• You must not use our platform to generate fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, pornographic content, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Credit and Payment System

Brula operates under a prepaid credit model. Each generation of ads consumes a specific amount of credits.

• Payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once they have been consumed or after the purchase guarantee period specified by the payment processor has passed.
• We reserve the right to modify the price of credits or introduce new rates at any time, which will be duly communicated on the website.

3. Ownership of Images and Generations

You retain all intellectual property rights to the product images you upload to the platform.

Regarding the generated content (the resulting copies and texts): you are free to use them for commercial, distribution, and marketing purposes without paying royalties to Brula. However, we do not guarantee that the generated content is unique or does not share similarities with texts from other users due to the statistical nature of Artificial Intelligence models.

4. Limitation of Liability

Brula provides the service "as is" and "as available". We do not offer warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or commercial performance of the AI-generated ads.

We are not responsible for sales losses, suspension of ad accounts on social media (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads), or any indirect damages resulting from the use of copies and recommendations generated by our platform. It is your responsibility to review and edit content before publishing it.

5. Modifications of the Terms

We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use Brula after the publication of any changes, you implicitly accept the new conditions.
